Finally got myself an NA book, and actually read the first 3 chapters. I'm feelin ok right now going to meetings but I so want a beer. I don't know if its the beer I want or if I just want to be able to go out and have a good time. I know people say you don't need to go to a bar to have a good time, but I like going out and seeing people, listening to some good music, dancing, and ok so yea gettin a lil tipsy is fun too. I need an outlet. I think I might start walking or running on the treadmill. They say that releases good endorphins in your brain that can make you feel happier. If anyone has any good tips, lemme know! Happy st. Patty's Day everyone!
